I have a great GO HARD experience every Thursday evening as my trainer works me out. Ronald is consistent and he makes each workout a fun filled experience as well. I encourage anyone who is looking for a personal trainer or just a fun place to come & workout with a fun group of people to join our class on Thursday evenings. I love GO HARD LLC.
